By accessing or utilizing the Raíz Firme Pro platform or scheduling services with Raíz Firme Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope & Implementations

Raíz Firme Pro provides business software, automation setup, CRM tools, and communication services. Specific deliverables, onboarding support, and custom automations are governed by the specific tier or scope agreement executed between client and Raíz Firme Studio.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact data, securing their access credentials, and ensuring all SMS, email, and calling activities executed through their account comply with applicable local and national regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
